At CleanWave, we guarantee the quality of our smart toilets and related products. All CleanWave products come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee provides our customers with peace of mind and product reliability.

Warranty Extension: The CleanWave warranty can be extended to 5 full years.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty is designed to protect you from manufacturing defects. It includes:

  • Manufacturing defects: Manufacturer’s material or manufacturing defects.
  • Electronics: Electronic faults and component failures not caused by user error.
  • Structure: structural damage not caused by misuse, falls or accidents.
  • Functionality: Proper operation of self-cleaning nozzles, heated seat and control panel.

What the warranty doesn’t cover

The following situations are not covered by warranty protection:

  • Installation: Damage caused by improper installation or hydraulic misconfiguration.
  • Wear: Normal wear and tear from use, discoloration or cosmetic scratches.
  • External factors: Damage caused by power surges, accidents or water ingress from outside the device.
  • Commercial use: Products used in commercial conditions without prior approval.

How to use the guarantee

Please include the following information in your message:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase.
  2. Problem description.
  3. Photos or video of the problem (if applicable).

Our goal is to respond within 24-48 business hours to begin resolving the case.

Warranty process

Once your application is approved, we will take the appropriate steps, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement part.
  • Organize product replacement.
  • Refer the user to a certified service center.

Note: In most cases, the cost of shipping replacement parts under warranty is covered by us.

Return of goods

Your satisfaction is most important to us. If you have any doubts about your purchase, below you will find all the information you need.

Can be returned in 14 days

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, intact condition.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging with all its contents.

When is return impossible? The right of return does not extend to products that, once opened, cannot be re-sold for hygienic reasons or for copyright protection.

Remember: When returning a product purchased in a set with a freebie, you must also send back the extra item. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by its value. The right of return is available only to consumers. The return is made at the customer’s expense.
