How do I schedule an installation?
Select a product
Choose the option you're interested in from our store: a bidet toilet or a bidet toilet with a dedicated frame.

On the product page, choose whether you want to purchase the product with or without installation.

Details of the "Bidet with Stand" package (Complete Set):
- Step 1: The contractor installs the concealed frame on the wall and floor and makes the necessary connections between the module and the system (up to 1 m).
- Technical break: The customer is responsible for finishing the frame (e.g., drywall, tiling).
- Step 2: Once the customer has finished the bathroom, the contractor returns to install the toilet bowl, connect it to the utilities, and perform commissioning tests.

* Work such as grooving walls or cutting tiles is not included as standard and may be performed only at the Customer’s express request (confirmed by a written statement) and is subject to individual pricing.
Important Additional Information:
- Two-Step Installation (Comprehensive Package): If you purchase a toilet with a frame, the service is divided into two parts. During the first visit, we install the frame. You then handle the cabinetry and finishing work. Only after you’ve completed those tasks do we schedule a second visit to install the toilet.
- Utilities on the premises: The space must have electrical, water, and sewer connections. If these are missing, we will only perform the work that is technically feasible.
- Removal: This service includes the removal of the old unit (e.g., the toilet bowl itself), but does not include the removal of old concealed frames or the disposal of the removed components.
What do customers ask about?
Why do I pay less for the product when I buy it with installation (8% VAT)?
The lower price is due to Polish tax regulations. The sale of the product, along with installation services, in residential buildings (covered by the social housing program) is subject to a preferential VAT rate of 8%, instead of the standard 23%. This allows you to save on the VAT difference while also benefiting from a professional installation.
Can I order a toilet online and have it installed?
Yes, that's possible at our store. Unlike home improvement stores, our entire process takes place online.
- On the product page, select the "With installation" option.
- Add the product to your cart.
- During checkout, select the required declaration confirming that the property meets the requirements for residential construction.
Who is subject to the 8% VAT rate, and which types of housing does it apply to?
Individual customers are eligible for the reduced VAT rate if the installation takes place in a residential property (covered by a public housing program).
The area limits are as follows:
- up to 150 m² for apartments in apartment buildings/tenement houses,
- up to 300 m² for single-family homes.
What does the service with a reduced VAT rate include?
The preferential 8% VAT rate applies to the entire service, namely:
- Product: Clean Wave bidet toilet (and frame, if that package was selected).
- Service: Complete installation, plumbing connection, and leak test.
- Delivery: Transportation of products and unloading (if included in the service).
Where can I find information about the usable area of my property?
To file the declaration, you need to know the square footage of the premises. You can find this information in:
- notarized deed of real estate purchase,
- land registry,
- a house construction plan,
- documentation from the cooperative or the building manager,
- Land and Building Registry (extract from the municipal office).
Can I cancel the contract and return the merchandise?
Yes, you may cancel the service in accordance with the terms set forth in the terms and conditions, including before the service begins. If you cancel the contract during its performance, any services rendered to date (e.g., preparatory work) are subject to payment, while goods delivered as part of the service are subject to return, unless they have been permanently attached to the land or a building in a way that makes it impossible to remove them without causing damage.
How long is the warranty on the installation service?
The installation service is covered by a 90-day warranty period, effective from the date of completion of the installation. The warranty covers only installation defects.
What time can I expect the installation crew to arrive?
The installer's arrival time, as scheduled when you placed your installation order, may be delayed due to other installations or unforeseen circumstances.
