We want your use of Clean Wave to go smoothly from order to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times and returns.
Shipping time
- Poland: 1-2 business days
- European Union: 3-5 working days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days (depending on location)
Orders placed before 11:00 am CET are usually processed the same day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping partners
We work with trusted logistics providers, including DHL, DPD, FedEx, Rholig Suus and InPost, to ensure fast and safe delivery throughout Europe and beyond.
Shipping costs
- Poland: Free shipping for all orders
- EU countries: free shipping for all orders
- Other countries: calculated at checkout
Order payment
Available payment methods
An order placed in our store can be paid by traditional bank transfer or using the ZEN payment gateway. The gateway offers payment methods such as:
- instant bank transfer,
- BLIK,
- debit card
- Google Pay / Apple Pay
- ZEN payment.
We recommend using instant payment, as it speeds up the processing of your order. In the case of traditional transfer, the order is processed after the payment is credited to the bank account.
