What the warranty covers<\/h2>\n\n

Our warranty is designed to protect you from manufacturing defects. It includes: <\/p>\n\n

  • Manufacturing defects:<\/strong> Manufacturer’s material or manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Electronics:<\/strong> Electronic faults and component failures not caused by user error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Structure:<\/strong> structural damage not caused by misuse, falls or accidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Functionality:<\/strong> Proper operation of self-cleaning nozzles, heated seat and control panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    What the warranty doesn’t cover<\/h2>\n\n

    The following situations are not covered by warranty protection:<\/p>\n\n

    • Installation:<\/strong> Damage caused by improper installation or hydraulic misconfiguration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Wear:<\/strong> Normal wear<\/strong> and tear from use, discoloration or cosmetic scratches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • External factors:<\/strong> Damage caused by power surges, accidents or water ingress from outside the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Commercial use:<\/strong> Products used in commercial conditions without prior approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      How to use the guarantee<\/h2>\n\n

      Please include the following information in your message:<\/p>\n\n

      1. Order number or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Problem description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Photos or video of the problem (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Our goal is to respond within 24-48 business hours<\/strong> to begin resolving the case.<\/p>\n\n

        Warranty process<\/h2>\n\n

        Once your application is approved, we will take the appropriate steps, which may include:<\/p>\n\n

        • Sending a replacement part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Organize product replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refer the user to a certified service center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Note:<\/strong> In most cases, the cost of shipping replacement parts under warranty is covered by us.<\/p>\n\n

          Return of goods<\/h2>\n\n

          Your satisfaction is most important to us. If you have any doubts about your purchase, below you will find all the information you need. <\/p>\n\n

          Can be returned in 14 days<\/strong> – statutory<\/h4>\n\n

          You have the right to return the product within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n

          Return Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          • The product must be in its original, intact condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It should be returned with all its contents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            When is return impossible?<\/strong> The right of return does not extend to products that, once opened, cannot be re-sold for hygienic reasons or for copyright protection. <\/p>\n\n

            Toilets are hygienic products and, therefore, devices that have been installed \/ used can not be returned. The customer has the opportunity to open the package and see the toilet. <\/p>\n\n

            30-day return option<\/strong> – ShopCleanWave.com<\/h4>\n\n

            You have the right to return the product within 30 days<\/strong> of receipt, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n

            Return Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

            • The product must be previously installed in the finished bathroom – required to send a photo of the installed device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The product must not be damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The product should be returned clean and disinfected (if used \/ connected).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all its contents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The product should be sent back to the seller protected, on a EUR pallet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              Any apparent wear and tear may reduce the value of the return by the cost of cleaning and disinfecting the user.<\/p>\n\n

              Remember:<\/strong> When returning a product purchased in a set with a freebie, you must also send back the extra item. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by its value. The right of return is available only to consumers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
