Customers may open the packaging to inspect the toilet. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>30-Day Return Policy<\/strong> &#8211; ShopCleanWave.com<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to return the product within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of receiving it, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be installed in a finished bathroom beforehand\u2014a photo of the installed unit must be submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must not be damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be returned clean and disinfected (if it has been used or plugged in).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, along with all of its contents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be returned to the seller securely packaged on a EUR pallet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any visible signs of wear and tear may result in the refund amount being reduced by the cost of cleaning and disinfection incurred by the user.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you are returning a product purchased as part of a bundle that included a free item, you must also return the free item. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the free item.
